Yes, the Twilight Saga continues!

Everyone has probably already heard that Stephenie Meyer is going to release the newest addition to her amazingly successful Twilight Saga.  It’s called The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner: An Eclipse Novella.

Not sure how I feel about this.  She was never a character that particularly captured my attention for more than a chapter or two and made me want to know more about her.

Nevertheless, it’s a book. With a vampire. ….Can’t……resist…..reading…….it!!

Actually, now that I think about it… it could be interesting. A young woman, who never saw a thing coming, made a vampire for nothing other than lies and vengeance.  Oooooo, if told right, it could be good.  ….I’ll read it.

Which reminds me… better review those Twilight books I read a couple years back here! May have to revisit those too.

Ah, Twilight. I know I still have yet to review the books of the Twilight Saga by Stephenie Meyer (I’ve read them all), but feel I must review the movie first because I saw the movie before I read the book.

I remember watching the movie, being interested because it was a vampire love story. I am a sucker (HA!) for vampire love stories. I watched the movie thinking probably what every other female on the planet was thinking when Edward Cullen first walks through that door and Bella asks Jessica, “Who’s he?”… My god, he is beautiful…. swoooooooon!

It’s been reported that Robert Pattinson of Twilight fame is the latest star that has signed on to the Hope for Haiti telethon.  Click here to donate: http://www.hopeforhaiti.com/donations.php

According to MSNBC the telethon, hosted by George Clooney and Wyclef Jean, will start at 8pm E.S.T. on Friday, January 22.

Networks showing the telethon are ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, BET, the CW, HBO, MTV, VH1 and CMT.  It will also be available internationally.
